How scary is it?
Very! Expect live actors, loud noises, darkness, strobe lights, fog, jump scares, and intense special effects designed to create an unforgettable experience.​

Is the attraction physically demanding?
Guests will walk through the attraction at a normal pace. Some areas may include uneven surfaces, tight spaces, stairs, or low lighting. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.​
​
How long does it take to go through?
Most guests spend approximately 30–40 minutes inside, depending on crowd flow and how fast your group moves.​

Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
Please contact us before your visit to discuss accessibility. Due to the age of the building and the nature of the attraction, some areas may have limited accessibility.

Can the actors touch me?
No. Our actors are instructed not to touch guests, and we ask that guests do not touch the actors, props, or sets. Anyone who intentionally makes physical contact or damages property will be removed from the property. Safety is our priority. ​

Can I wear a costume or mask?
For everyone's safety, guests are not permitted to wear full-face masks, realistic weapons, or costumes that could be mistaken for our actors.​
​
Is photography or video allowed inside the Haunts?
No. Photography, video recording, and flash photography are prohibited inside the attraction to preserve the experience for everyone.​
​
Are flashlights allowed inside the Haunts?
No. For the safety and enjoyment for everyone, no lights of any sort can be used inside the haunts at any time.

Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to weather, fear, wait times, or leaving the attraction early.​​

Is parking available?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available always.

Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! Be sure to visit our Spirit Lounge before or after your experience for snacks, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, and seasonal treats.

Do you offer group rates?
Yes. We offer discounts for large groups, schools, businesses, and private events. Contact us for pricing and reservations.

What items are prohibited?
Weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, smoking or vaping inside the attraction, laser pointers, and pets (except service animals) are prohibited.
